Is it safe to use your credit card online?
We do not store credit card information. When ordering online, we only recieve authorization of funds, your credit card number is never available to us.

We only charge your card when an item ships
When ordering online your credit card purchase will get approved if funds are available to cover the purchase amount. We get the approval; called an "authorization" code. Your order is then processed for shipping and your credit card in only charged when your items are actually shipped.

Using a Virtual Shopping Cart...

How to use a Virtual Shopping Cart:
Every visitor is automatically assigned a "virtual shopping cart" each time you visit our site.  The cart  becomes activated when you choose your first product.
You will  have the opportunity to remove items from your shopping cart or cancel your order right up to the last step.

To Shop:
Visit one of our retail areas (See list at left). From the list of products within each area click on an individual product for more information and a larger product photograph.   At the product page is where you select an item to put in your shopping cart.

When you find a product you want:
Choose the quantity of the product you want (the default is 1), then click the "Order" button, both found at the bottom of each product's page.

After clicking "Order":
You will be brought to your "virtual shopping cart".  Here you can see the contents of your "basket", change quantities or remove items.
Make changes if necessary, then choose either to "Continue Shopping" or "Proceed to Checkout".

"Continue Shopping":
Will return you to where you were shopping last within The Antarctic Connection. The product(s) you've chosen will remain in your virtual cart until you are ready to "checkout".

"Proceed to Checkout": (3 easy steps)
Step 1.  Enter your Bill To and Ship To information in the form provided.

Step 2. After entering billing/shipping information choose between USPS and UPS shipping options, then click "Order Now" which will take you to the payment options.

Step 3.: The last step totals your order , including shipping, and is where you provide your credit card number and expiration date.
